What is a Pangolin?
The pangolin is a rather unusual mammal. It has scales and eats only ants and some insects.
Why is it the most endangered mammal on the planet?
Unfortunately, pangolin scales are viewed a delicacy in Asia. About 300 are poached from the wild each day.
This all-natural pest control is headed for extinction!
Fortunately, there are people like Moses.
Moses has developed a network of informants in his part of Uganda. When a poacher is looking for a buyer Moses is on it.
He rescues pangolin from being sold.
Together with the Ugandan Wildlife Authorities they are released to a safe wild place.
There is just one problem!
Moses needs funding.
From the Nikela Champions Circle (a Donor)
"Thank you for helping save Pangolins... such fascinating, gentle sweet beings..." – Lea C.
For an entire Pangolin Rescue Mission it costs only $100.
This includes transportation, rewards, and possible veterinarian services.
$10 a month goes a long way to help rescue another pangolin.
